Custom software, MVPs, and apps that ship
Everything here is built the same way — surveyed before it is built, agreed in writing, then delivered in weeks rather than quarters. The proof is on the record: open the work before you speak to anyone here.
Custom software development
Software built for one business and one problem — not a template bent to fit.
Most businesses reach a point where the off-the-shelf tool stops fitting and the spreadsheet stops scaling. We build the web and mobile software that replaces that — designed around how the work actually happens, integrated with what you already run, and handed over so it is yours. The scope is agreed in writing before anything is built, so what gets made is what was needed.
MVP development
A first working version, real enough to put in front of users, shipped in weeks.
An idea is only worth as much as the first time someone uses it. We build a minimum viable product that does the one thing that matters, deployed and usable, so you learn from reality instead of from a deck. It is scoped to a stage you agree up front, built quickly because the studio runs an agent-operated pipeline rather than a billable-hours team, and structured so the next stage builds on it instead of replacing it.
Web & mobile applications
Applications people actually use — on the browser and on the phone.
The work spans the surfaces your users are on: responsive web applications and native-quality mobile apps, with the same care given to the parts nobody sees — the data model, the offline case, the moment the network drops. Several of the projects on the public record are live mobile and web products you can open and try right now.
AI & agentic software
AI and autonomous agents, used where they genuinely earn their place.
We build with AI and agents where they do real work — not as a label on the box. That discipline comes from practice: the studio runs its own portfolio on an agent-operated build system, so the judgment about where automation helps and where a person has to decide is drawn from running it daily, not from a pitch.
Product scoping & discovery
Working out what is possible, and agreeing exactly what gets built — before it is built.
Most software goes wrong in the gap between what was asked for and what was understood. So the survey comes first: we take a problem or an idea, work out what is genuinely possible, and put the scope, the stages and the shape of the work in writing, agreed by both sides. It is the least glamorous part of the process and the one that reliably decides whether the rest works.
