The business problem

A plumber, an electrician or a salon owner has the same reputation problem as a national chain and none of the budget for the tools that solve it. Reviews go unanswered for weeks, requests are never sent, and the listing goes quiet — each one costing work that never gets enquired about.

What the build does about it

Three automations, in the owner's own voice: drafted replies to new reviews, a review request after each job, and scheduled posts that keep the listing active. Early build — the marketing site and the live review widget are up and open.

The decision

Show the widget working, not a picture of it

Every reputation tool on the market demonstrates itself with a screenshot, which asks the visitor to believe the widget renders as advertised. TrustGlow's own marketing page runs the real embed script instead, so what you are looking at is the component you would install — the demo and the widget are the same code.

What you can check yourself

  • The review widget on the marketing page is rendered live by the embed script, and says so.
  • Built on PayFast for payments, so it settles into a South African bank account rather than routing a local business through a foreign processor.
  • Transactional mail runs through a verified sending domain rather than a shared address.
