Final approach · checked 18 h ago
A cookbook built for people who are not chefs — plain recipes, written to be followed once and remembered, and it keeps working when the signal does not.

The business problem
Recipes scattered across screenshots, notes and memory are recipes you do not cook.
What the build does about it
Delivered and handed over. It installs to a phone like an app and works offline, because the moment you need a recipe is usually the moment you are standing in a kitchen with one bar of signal.
The decision
Assume the kitchen, not the desk
Recipe sites are designed for browsing and used while cooking, which is why they fail exactly when they matter — hands busy, phone propped, signal patchy. This one is built for the second case: it installs to the home screen and keeps working when the connection does not.
What you can check yourself
- Registers a service worker, so recipes stay available offline once opened — verifiable in any browser's application panel.
- Installs to a phone home screen as a progressive web app rather than requiring an app store.
- Delivered and handed over — the client holds it.
